United StatesGreat customer service - after the order was placed I didn’t receive a tracking number (about a week later) so I emailed them and they responded very quickly with a tracking number. The thermos came and it was really cute! It’s a gift so it has not been used yet! I definitely recommend .. just make sure to order a few weeks before it’s needed!
