It is my own fault but when I ordered the large pillow, I expected it to be larger. It’s tiny. It measures about 1/2 shorter than 16”. I also didn’t get a shipment notification until around 10 days after it shipped. Which was worrisome at Christmas. Finally, I was asked to review my order days before I received. Ok? Overall this was not worth the money or the time waited to receive.

I would rate thus experience a zero item was never delivered as of 11/28/21. Never received updates as requested. Item has be to back and forth between to states, where it was in the correct state then sent back to previous hub for package re shipment. Very disappointed dye to gift was to cheer up my family if a list loved pet.

Perfect in every way. I ordered a medium sized pillow of my Jack Russell who we had to say goodbye to recently and I am so happy to still get to see her happy little face on the pillow that lives on our bed. My baby girl also loves to give it kisses haha. The pillow is very soft, great quality and I couldn’t recommend more.
