Shipping & Returns

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for 12 hours after they are placed. After that point cancellation is not possible when the order enters the production cycle.

Artwork Approval: From the time order is placed, It takes roughly 2-3 business days for us to create and approve artwork.

Shipping: After artwork creation, production & delivery can take: (1) 1 week for custom labels shipped from USA (2) 2-3 weeks for custom pillows & keychains shipped from our global warehouses. 

Returns: If you aren't satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30 day return on items with any manufacturing defects or quality issues. We will either refund the full amount or send you a replacement item.
